MSCE Pune Scholarship is the Pre Upper Primary Pre Secondary Scholarship Examination. Every year exam will held on the month of February. The PUP PSS is a State level Scholarship Exam for Class 5 and Class 8 students of Maharashtra. It is conducted by MSCE Pune.

An examination is held which seeks to identify the extraordinarily brilliant students and to encourage them with the help of cash awards and other incentives to further improve and hone their talents.

The Syllabus contains subjects such as Hindi (First language), Mathematics, English (Third language) and Intelligence.

The scholarship examination consists of two papers of 150 Marks each. In both papers there are 75-75 Questions will be asked. 25 Questions will ask from First Language and 50 from Maths in Paper-1. Same in Paper-2, the third Language & Intelligence subject consists of 25 and 50 Questions. Each question carries 2 Marks.Candidates have to solve the complete paper in 1 hour 30 minutes each paper. The paper-I & paper-II for Both PUP & PSS carry 75 Objective type questions.
